It's Time to do Something!

It really is time to do something about all my clutter in my little craft and computer room...gads!  Things are just falling off the shelves and every surface is covered.   These are some before pictures...seems like this just happened little by little but it's not so little anymore.   My friend, Kar, has offered to help me get back into normal.   I'm pumped.  Yes, it's out of control but I have hope.  I'm a maniac when it comes to keeping papers and things for later ideas.   That kind of madness is obssessive but somehow it is also comforting in a way...I can get lost in the room as it is but it sure is unproductive.  Yeah I can find things when I need them but not always right away.  I am envisioning a wonderfully accessible room full of wonderfully organized great ideas and places to get things done!.....more to come..  :)

I'd love to have a craft room - how fun! I'm the same way, saving way more than I need to. You never know when you might need it! It will make your project so much more fun to do having a friend to help organize. And you'll be done in no time. Just remember it usually gets worse just before it gets better - but it will feel great when it's done.

LOL, I see you have some shelves. Looks good to plunder around in. Maybe you just need rows of shelves like a public library. helen

Wow! I think it might be worse than last time! See my comments under this blog by Danielle for my T-FRASCH easy 7-step method for de-cluttering: http://dmunnology.blogspot.com/2005/08/day-33-of-365-daily-lessons-in-self.html

Have fun with it and be ruthless...remember that little 2 bedroom condo in West Seattle (oh wait...that's me).
